      Introduction

      NGC’s main driving gearboxes for hot plate rolling are applied to production lines of hot plate rolling and provide power drive for rough rolling zones and finishing rolling zones of production lines of continuous hot plate rolling and continuous plate casting and rolling. NGC’s main driving gearbox for hot plate rolling includes a main reducer with reduction ratio and a gear housing for power allocation. The power and torque of the main motor can be transmitted to the two rollers of the hot plate after the main reducer and the gear housing are serially connected and driven, rolling the mill via speed reduction and distribution.
      The production line of hot plate rolling has large rolling reduction and large roll force, so that the driving system must provide huge rolling torque and has harsh requirements for reliability and stabilization of design and manufacture of the gearbox in the main driving system. NGC’s main driving gearbox for hot plate rolling can completely meet drive requirements.
